DOCUMENTI PER IQAMA - ARABIA SAUDITA

Dopo 6 anni torniamo a vivere in Arabia Saudita, questa volta partendo da residenti in Danimarca, qui raccontiamo l’iter che abbiamo seguito per i documenti.

Prima di entrare in Arabia abbiamo preparato/recuperato i seguenti documenti:

 1. Lettera di sponsorizzazione del mio datore di lavoro

 2. Visto per Iqama

 3. Lettera del datore di lavoro indirizzata all'ambasciata saudita a Copenaghen (al capo dell'ufficio del consolato)

 4. Copia del contratto di lavoro con azienda/le mie firme autenticate dalla camera di commercio

 5. Referto medico con allegato test HIV negativo (il modulo del referto medico è quello standard scaricabile anche dal sito web dell'agenzia danese che menziono sotto)

 6. Denuncia penale negativa (in Italia è "Certificato Penale" e deve essere in originale)

 7. Diploma universitario

 

 Invece di fare domanda dall'Italia tramite VFS Tasheel e grazie al fatto che sono residente in Danimarca, ho fatto domanda tramite un'agenzia a Copenaghen (saudiservice.dk);  ho potuto fornire semplicemente un pdf per tutti i punti precedenti e il n.3 non era nemmeno richiesto.

 

 P.S.: Se sei un ingegnere, per evitare la necessità di fornire ulteriori prove dei tuoi studi e ulteriori passi in Arabia Saudita, è preferibile menzionare un altro titolo, come direttore delle vendite.

 

 Ho ottenuto il visto sul mio passaporto in un paio d'ore.

 

 Dopo essere entrato in Arabia ho dovuto:

 · Fornire copia del visto + imbarco n.  alla mia azienda

 · Sottoporsi a controllo medico (raggi X + esame delle urine + esame del sangue)

 · In 3 giorni i risultati erano condivisi nel sistema, il tuo datore di lavoro può completare la domanda

 Fondamentalmente ho ricevuto il mio iqama in meno di una settimana dopo essere entrato in Saudi

 

 Successivamente è necessario convalidarlo (con l'impronta digitale) su una macchina absher (le troverai nella maggior parte dei centri commerciali e dei negozi).

 

 Poi aspetti semplicemente la copia cartacea, poi assegni il tuo n.  al tuo iqama n.  e puoi aprire un conto in banca e richiedere la patente di guida.

Questi sono i post che avevo scritto nel 2015 su come avevamo ottenuto il Family Visa e l’Iqama partendo dall’Italia, tenete conto che sono comunque passati 9 anni dalla nostra prima esperienza a Riyadh.

IQAMA DOCUMENTS - SAUDI ARABIA

Before you enter Saudi I supposed I needed the following documents:

1.        Sponsoring letter from my employer

2.        Visa for Iqama

3.        Letter from the Employer addressed to Saudi Embassy in Copenhagen (to the chief of consulate office)

4.        Copy of employment contract with company/my signatures attested by chamber of commerce

5.        Medical Report with enclosed HIV negative test (the form of the medical report is a standard one you can download also from the danish agency website I mention below)

6.        Negative Criminal Report (in Italy is “Certificato Penale” and shall be in original)

7.        University diploma

 

Instead of applying from Italy through VFS Tasheel and thanks to the fact I’m resident in Denmark, I applied through an agency in Copenhagen (saudiservice.dk); indeed I could provide simply a pdf for all above points and n.3 was not even required.

 

P.S.: If you are an engineer, to avoid the need to provide more evidence of your studies and further steps in Saudi, it is preferable to mention another title, like sales manager.

 

I got the visa on my passport in a couple of hours.

 

After entering Saudi I had to:

·       Provide copy of the visa + boarding n. to my company

·       Go through medical check (Xray + urin test + blood test)

·       In 3 days the results and shared in the system, your Employer can complete the application

Basically I got my iqama in less than a week after I entered Saudi

 

Afterwards you need to validate it (with your finger print) on an absher machine (you’ll find them in most of shopping mall and shops).

 

Than you simply wait for the hard copy, than you assign your phone n. to your iqama n. and you can open a bank account and apply for the driver licence.
